"The depressing part comes when you start hitting up all the museums. It’s not been a fun 100 years in Germany, in case you didn’t already know. Just museum after museum of either the Germans doing awful things to people, or people doing awful things to the Germans. It’d be nice if they mixed it up with the occasional upbeat museum, like the history of German chocolate or beer or something. Or butterflies. Just something that doesn’t revolve around death or enslavement."
